jilee will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and will respond substantively within fifteen (15) business days, or within such extended period as permitted by the DPA where the request is complex or involves a large volume of data. jilee will not charge a fee for processing data subject requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilee reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. When material changes are made, jilee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
