Each player may hold only one jilee account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Each individual may register only one (1) jilee account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilee is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilee login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify jilee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All financial transactions on the jilee Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilee supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your jilee account wallet section. These limits may be adjusted by jilee at any time with reasonable notice. Deposits are generally credited to your jilee wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but jilee targets same-day processing for verified accounts.
jilee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that triggers anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds or appears inconsistent with your normal account activity. Withdrawals may be delayed pending the outcome of such reviews. jilee complies with all applicable Philippine AML regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Funds deposited into your jilee wallet are held in a segregated account and are not used for jilee's operational expenses. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent required by applicable Philippine regulations.
jilee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and other conditions are set out in the individual promotion terms.
jilee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent promotional terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic bonus hunting — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
All games available on the jilee Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes. Game outcomes are determined independently of jilee's commercial interests. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jilee will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, jilee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jilee's decision in such matters is final.
Bets placed after the official close of a market, or placed in error due to a manifest pricing error, may be voided at jilee's discretion. jilee will notify affected players and return voided wager amounts promptly.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the jilee Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of jilee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilee Platform without prior written consent from jilee.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jilee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jilee collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilee complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jilee, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
jilee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.
Players who elect to self-exclude from jilee agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts or using third-party accounts. jilee will take reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of access in all circumstances.

jilee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jilee reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination for cause, jilee may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, jilee will return the balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If a breach is confirmed, jilee may forfeit the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may close your jilee account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines .
jilee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
